She is survived by: her sons, Christopher [Shannon] Adkins and Jesse Adkins [Georgina Palmer] of Arizona; her stepchildren, Scott [Jenny] Ward, Lauri [Ricky] Wacasey, Sheri Whitley of Arizona and Rhonda DeLabio [Whitley]; and also, Bonnie Harris of Kentucky, Craig [Deanna] Ward, Ann [Don] Niles, Patsy Agnew of Arizona and Alan LeVan of Arizona.
