He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Kerns and Dorothy Robbins; and his brother Larry Kerns. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kerns; his children, Heather Tinsdale and Lindsay Kerns; and his brother Eddie Kerns. He is also survived by 5 nieces/nephews.
