She was predeceased by: her husband Ansurio Morales; her parents, Delfina Chavez and Pedro Chavez; and her siblings, Mike Duarte, Jose Duarte, Mary Louise Quiroz and Alejandro Chavez.
She is survived by: her daughters, Viola Dodge (Bobby), Melissa Odom (Sam), Patricia Brady (Stan) and Elisa Spangler. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild; and multiple nephews and nieces.
Her dedication extended beyond her career as she was actively involved in the US Postmaster's League, the General Federation of Women's Clubs, Kearny ARC, and the American Cancer Society.
