He was predeceased by: his parent Hermes Chavez. He is survived by: his mother Rita Ibarguen; his wife Julia Chavez; his son Jojo; his daughter-in-law Elle Chavez; and his son Samuel Chavez. He is also survived by two brothers and five sisters.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (10305 E Southern Ave, Mesa, AZ 85209).
