With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy S. York of Mesa, Arizona, who passed away on July 24, 2024 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father William G. Jr. Slack; her husband Steve (Steve); and her in-laws, Elijah Marion (Mutt) and Edna M York (Farmer). She is survived by: her mother Sylvia Slack (Rodriguez); her children, Cara Guadiana (Jason), Stephen York (Samantha), Meghan York (Tony Valenzuela), Leya Quiroz and Daniel (Danne); her grandchildren, Kiersten Benton, Gabriel Guadiana, Jacelyn, Kade York, Caleb, Brenden Philpot, Diego, Aeva, Ariah Valenzuela, Dannika, Wyatt, Stephen Quiroz (Stevie), Elijah and Roselyn York; her great grandchildren, Liliana Gonzales, Mya, Levi Benton, Luka McCormick and William York; and her sisters-in-law, Marian Gail Ballesteros and Winona Dale Barcon. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
