He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Craig Cummins Sr. and Margaret Ann Hunt Cummins; and his sister Darlene Blow Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Horlbeck Cummins; his brother Bruce Cummins (Jane); and his children, Carrie Cristine "Cristi" Swan (Greg), Brian Cummins (Julie Stepanek), Kyle Cummins (Mattie), April Mecham and Allyson Nyberg (Matt). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Redemption Church (1820 W Elliot Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85233).
