He is survived by: his son Adam William; his wife Jill; his granddaughter Addison Marie; his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Johnson and Terri VandenBurg (Robert); his nephew Randy Johnson (Dixie); his niece Linda Parchert (Carroll); and his cousin Jack Johnson (Glenda). He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
