A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Mi Amigos (1264 S Gilbert Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Blaine's memory be made to the American Heart Association.
