He was predeceased by: his siblings, Raleigh, Doyle and Dora Ann; and his son Mark. He is survived by: his wife Anna Franklin; his son Brad Franklin; and his daughters-in-law, Carole Franklin and Helen Franklin. He is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
