She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin A. Juergens and Maurine Juergens (Kersteter); her husband Robert F. Lotz; and her son-in-law Roger Deards. She is survived by: her stepparent Melvene Juergens; her children, Anne Deards of Springfield, Chris Lotz (Lynn) of Grand Prairie, TX, Mark Lotz (Karen) of Springfield and Beth Pachman (Robert) of Phoenix, AZ.; her grandchildren, Andrew Crall (Kim), Brian Crall (Liz), Brady Lotz (Charlene), Lindy Lotz and Hayley Pachman; and her siblings, Lynne Bird (Raymond) of Durham, NC and E. Allen Juergens Jr. of Dayton, OH. She is also survived by several nieces, cousins and great nephews.
