She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Murray Evans; her son Thomas Jason Evans (Andrea Tyler Evans); her grandchildren, Thomas Howard Evans of Phoenix and Elizabeth Joy Evans of Phoenix; and her brother Kenneth Orms (Russell Orms) of Greensboro.

In lieu of flowers or services, contributions may be made to the Arizona Animal Welfare League.
