She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucien Berard and Blanche Berard; her husband Ronald Slack; her daughter Michelle Robert; and her sisters, Rita Golden and Carol.
She is survived by: her children, Andre Robert (Michelle) and Jocelyn Boothe (Glenn); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Joseph, Nicole of Jordan, A. J., Brett, Glenn, Joliegh and Garett. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
