She was predeceased by: her parents, Parley Robert Stephens and Elthera Videan Fawcett Stephens; and her siblings, Edison Stephens, Velma Judd and LaVonne Parry.
She is survived by: her son Todd Robert Giles; her husband Jeffrey J Kormos; her children, Kelvin P Giles (Pamela) and Kindra C Hall (Ladd); and also, Velma Judd and LaVon Parry. She is also survived by 8 grandkids and15 great grandkids.
She suffered from the effects a mini stroke compounded with the effects of Parkinson's disease and was no longer was able to continue.
