It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Archie Smith of Maricopa, Arizona, who passed away on June 10, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Smith and Florence Smith (Sparks); his wife Carol Smith (Gildea); his siblings, Wanda King (Smith), Betty Snyder (Smith), Margaret "Peg" Barnett, Charles Smith and Allen Smith; and his children, Gary Carl, Don Carl and Nancy Lafferty.

He is survived by: his former wife Edna Smith (Hiles); his son Kelly Smith (Bobby); his grandchildren, Dylan, Blaine, Jonah, Thomas, Aidan Smith, Jamie Deibler, James Lafferty, Alexis Black, Skylar Carl, Jessa Carl, Hahli Carl, Helena Carl, Xander Dominic Carl and Trenton Lafferty; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Deibler, Ronan, Lucan Black and Declan Dominic Carl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
