He is survived by: his wife Frances Thomas Raffone; his daughters, Wendy Eve Raffone Tatham (Robert John Tatham, Jr.) and Joyce Raffone (John Betz); his sister Joanne (David McKeand); his niece Deborah McKeand (Shannon); his sister Goldman; his nephew David McKeand (Jeanine); his sister-in-law Gail Johnson Thomas; his niece Robyn Thomas Lisone (John Lisone); his nephew Raymond Paul Thomas (Karen Thomas); and also Baylor.
Since Bill felt strongly about the needs of animals, Native Americans and U.S. Veterans donations in Bill's name may be sent to the Wounded Warrior Project, The Humane Society, The American Heart Association or any charity benefiting Native Americans.
