He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Russell and Louise Huber Russell; and his brother George Russell of Las Animas, Colorado.. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ochs of Mary's Catholic Church; his son Marc Charles Russell; and his granddaughter Sophia of Marana, AZ.
