Virgil James Roeder Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgil James Roeder (Marana, Arizona), who passed away on May 14, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Myrtle Roeder (Peterman). He is survived by: his father Gerald Roeder; his wife June Roeder (Cook); his children, Nancy (Tom Plamondon), Mark (Lynann), Susan, Scott (Kristine) and Dr. Troy (Stacy Hurry); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Kathleen, Jacob, Kaitlyn, Tirfie and Dr. Jaclyn; and his friends, Sheryl Nosbish, Jerry Nelson and Virgil. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
He reluctantly retired for good at the age of 88 and only because of the pandemic. Throughout their lives together, Virgil and June enjoyed traveling and attending sporting events.
