He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Sanchez; his siblings, Carlos Pargas (Sally), Nelia Castillo (Gustavo), Carmen Sanchez (Carlos) and Armando Pargas (Denise); his sons, Michael Pargas (Tina Turpin) and Mark Pargas (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Isabel, Diego, Adam and Athena. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
