He was predeceased by: his stepmother Jewel Watson. He is survived by: his children, Ida Neal Phares, William Thomas Watson, Maggie Lee Parker, Barbra Winkler and Donna Dobias; his siblings, Dedicated, Donna and Barbara; and his nieces and nephews, Sue, Thomas, Victor, Troy, Michelle, Renee, William, Jennifer, Aaron and Corey. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 32 Great-grandchildren, and 1 Great-great grandchild.
