He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Shickel and Donna Shickel; his siblings, Beverly Hollingsworth and David McKinney; and his children, Michael Shickel (Matt Fusilier), Craig Shickel, Wendy Huber (Ken Huber), Julie Makin (John Makin) and Scott Shickel. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren.
