He is survived by: his children, Thomas (Mary Jo), Steven and Susan Rutherford (Todd); his granddaughter Jessica Dominici; his great grandchildren, Sequoia and Sienna; his grandson Scott Pausteck (Lauren); and his great grandchildren, Benjamin and Luke.
