He is survived by: his wife Juanita Weller; his sister Eugenia Wiegert of Harrah; his sons, Robin Maxey (Keely West), Russell (Robin Lynn Maxey) and Randy (Lisa Maxey); his grandchildren, Bobbie Ice (Geoff) of Blanchard, OK, Alyssa Ballou (Keith) of Flagstaff, Adam Maxey (Bailey) of Yukon, Clayton Maxey (Brittany Trojanowski) of Tucson, Austin Maxey of Edmond, Ryan Maxey of Phoenix, Bryanna West (Zack Lopez) of Birmingham, UK, Zackery Wagner of Broomfield, CO and Carsen Wagner of Broomfield, CO; and his great grandchild Duncan Ballou of Flagstaff.
