“I knew Ray from grade school through high school. He was admired for his athleticism (football quarterback), intelligence, ethics and integrity. In the last few years, he sent me his touching memoir of his time in Vietnam. I was struck about his account of his life which felt successful in his work and family. He felt like he continued to be the good man of his promising youth. He played a key role in helping me have a successful first date with Dana Reinke, He is missed.”
