He is survived by: his parents, Maria Salazar and Jesus Hernandez; his wife Veronica S Hernandez; his children, Joseph, Raymond, Ann-Janette (Taylor) and Matthew; his stepfather Simon; his siblings, Leonor, Rosa, Jesus, Chelo (Andy) and Jenny; his cousin Jackie (Jeff); his mother-in-law Mary Ann; and his siblings-in-law, Susie, Araceli, Salvador III Mary Ann (Flor) and Rosy (Rob). He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, and Great Nephews.
