He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dixon and Elizabeth Hogeman Melick. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his son Philip; his daughter-in-law Kelly of Oro Valley, AZ; his son William; his daughter-in-law Cathleen of Rochester, NY; his grandsons, Shane, Cole and Bennett; and his siblings, James of Collegeville, PA, Andrew of Sao Miguel, Azores and Sara of Missouri City, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
