He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin McNeely (Hyla McNeely) and Lisa Murray (Mike Murray); his wife Tamsee Dee McNeely; his children, Patrick Micheal McNeely, Randall Vincent McNeely, Eric William McNeely (Jessica McNeely), James David Shirk Jr. (Mindy Shirk), Cody Anthony Shirk (Kristen Shirk) and Ashley Nicholle Shirk; his granddaughters, Skyi Rafferty, Lexi Shirk, Thea Shirk and Reilly McNeely; and his parents-in-law, Clarence Albert Wylie and Karen Sue Wylie.
