He is survived by: his parents, Susan Anderson and Scott Bianco; his siblings, Ashley, Marianne, Jared, Mateo, Scott, Serena and Joey; his grandparents, Kathleen Black and Burrel Anderson (Pam); and his aunts, Donna Anderson, Janet Anderson, Christina Anderson and Lori Bianco-Cain.
Jacob's loved ones, through his decision, have ensured his legacy will live on through tissue donation, and through that generous decision, Jacob will touch countless others as the family members, friends and communities of those who receive his donated tissue will be forever impacted by their improved quality of life, made possible through these selfless gifts. In lieu of flowers the family prefers plants or succulents, so that they may keep them in honor of Jacob's memory. Or a donation to a charity of your choice in Jacob's name would be appreciated.
