He is survived by: his father Joshua Clark; his brother Cameron; his mother Lindsey VanWoerkom Clark; and his siblings, Katelynn, Austin and Nathan. He is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles, many cousins and close friends.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, a private service will be held in his honor on October 17. In accordance with the Pima County directive, facial masks will be required at all funeral services and social distancing will be observed.
