He is survived by: his wife Charlene Wirkkala; his brother Lowell (Ann) of Courtenay, BC; his daughters, Daina of Missoula, MT and Leslie (Brian Grubb) of Portland; and his grandchildren, Brianna and Kaeden Grubb of Portland.
