Cameron CJ Huerta Curry Obituary
Cameron CJ Huerta Curry was born January 7, 1992. He was the eldest son of Francisco and Ramona Curry of Mammoth, Arizona and had two brothers Francisco and Vicente and two sisters Araceli and Mireya. Cameron’s grandparents are Refugio and Elvira Huerta of Mammoth, Arizona and Carmen Curry of Tucson, Arizona. Cameron was the eldest Huerta/Curry grandchild.
Cameron graduated from San Manuel High School in 2010. He then joined the United States Navy where he completed basic training in 2013. That same year he completed aviation fuel tech training in Pensacola Florida and then Cameron proudly was the the first to board ship in San Diego on the USS American where he sailed proudly to serve his country as a seaman in the military.
Although he never had children of his own he so loved his niece, Jaidyn and anxiously waited for his nephew Ezekiel where we know he already met in heaven.
Cameron loved playing, listening and writing music. He was a skilled self taught guitarist. He passionately drew, painted and wrote short stories. His hobbies included watching movies, being with friends and loved spending time in the kitchen cooking delicious food for others. He also enjoyed playing baseball in his younger years.
Cameron worked at local jobs in Mammoth where he loved to talk to people. Cameron’s bright smile and compassionate personality is what made him such a welcoming soul. He always helped those in need, willing to give the shirt off his own back.
His last employer was Tucson Stucco.
Cameron wrestled in JR High and High School which in turn inspired his brothers and sister to follow in his footsteps. He loved his siblings just as much as his siblings love him.
