He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Clark and Carmen Clark; his wife Frances Garcia; his children, Arthur (Sue), Phillip (Sally), Robert (Alicia), Larry, Margaret (Michael), Norma (Randy) and Rudy; and his grandson Phillip. He was also cherished by 22 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
