He was predeceased by: his parents, George Phlander and Francis Meyer Turner; his wife Dixie Lee Almazan; his children, Mark and Kathy; and his grandson Ryan.
He is survived by: his daughter Suzanne Turner; his sisters, Neva Strong (Harold) of Beaver Dam, AZ and Yvonne Christensen (Charles); and his grandchildren, Philip, Mason Turner and Jennifer Iverson.
