He is survived by: his wife Susy Manning Foster; and his children, Katie (Jason), Jeremy, Zak (Amber), Keegan (Patricia), Aaron, Megan (Nick), Lindsay (Justin), Tamara (Russ), Nikki, Tasha (John) and Zac (Tish). He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
