It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Porterfield (Laveen, Arizona), born in Douglas, Arizona, who passed away on January 31, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George S. Hawkins and Ruby M. Hawkins; her husband Charles Lloyd Porterfield; her brothers, Gordon Hawkins and Edwin Hawkins; her children, Deanna Stanfield, Marjorie Wieweck (Lee), John Porterfield, Richard Porterfield (Jacquie) and Cindy Gregg (Jim); and her siblings, Eva Clark and Ben Hawkins. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, many great AND great-great grandchildren.
