He is survived by: his wife Reba Serrano; his children, Mike Serrano (Tasha), Kristi Serrano, James Serrano (Jillian) and Jennifer Noriega (Nic); and his sister Janet "Cookie" Smiley. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
