She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Hodge and Nellie Hodge; her siblings, Earl Hodge, Douglas Hodge (Buddy), Alton Hodge (Snooks), Henry Hodge (Buck), Charles Hodge (Polk), Billy Joe Hodge, James Hodge (Jay), Audra Chandler, Mable Estes and Mary Nell Boyd; and her grandson Todd Douglas.

She is survived by: her husband Col. Charles Lewis (Ret); her brother Arthur Hodge (Babe); her son Ronald (Margie Lewis); her grandchildren, Shayna and Rick; her great grandchild Madeline; her daughter Paula (Jody Morris); her grandchildren, Chelsea and Jeb; her great grandchildren, Jalen, Anthony Jr. and Angelo; and her great great grandchild Mila. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.

The family requests that memorials may be made to the American Humane Society or the charity of their choice.
