He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Licano and Rita Quijada Licano; his wife Diana Parsons; his son-in-law John Phillips; and his sister Cora Esparza.
He is survived by: his children, Frances (Bill Abbott), Rita Phillips and Michael Licano; his sister Josie Licano; his grandchildren, Kevin, Ryan, Megan, Banner and Miranda; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Taylor, Kale, Allura, Jacy, Lolita and Addilynn.
