He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Raymond and Ruth Lorene Hinsley. He was also cherished by his wife of 42 years, 3 sisters, 3 brothers, 2 sons, 1 stepson, 3 stepdaughters, 28 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
