It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zachary Phelps (Lake Havasu City, Arizona), who passed away on January 2, 2025, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Amy Phelps. He is survived by: his father Stevie Phelps of Ehrenberg; his grandparents, Larry, Diane Angle of Lake Havasu, Steve, Karla Phelps of Blythe, Valerie Copple and John Weiss of Blythe; his great-grandparents, Lonna Nelson of Medford, Gary, Ruth Angle of Kingman and Betty Copple of Bythe; his aunts, Tawnya and Lindi Phelps of Crescent City; his uncle Jeff Mosley of Wrightwood; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by friends and coworkers.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home Chapel (21 Riviera Blvd, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens (1698 Deer Run Dr, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86404).
