It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William L Kozak (Lake Havasu City, Arizona), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on August 10, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kozak and Mildred Kozak (Duran). He is survived by: his former wife Marilyn Cirino; his wife Judith Kozak (Judy); his children, William Edward Kozak and Lisa Ann Santos; his stepson Timothy O'Connor; his grandchildren, Kalyn Santos, Jessica Santos, Crystal Kozak, Eli O'Connor and Nathan O'Connor; and his friends, Ron and Cindy Kapellusch. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
