He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cook; his children, Terri Wolterman (Bart) and Kenneth Cook (Sharon); his grandchildren, Nicole, Wendy, Kayti and Amanda; his great grandchildren, Carson, Camryn, Emmie, Evan, Annzlee and Ollie; and his siblings, Darlene Huggins and Leroy Cook.
