It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Lea Miranda of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, born in El Monte, California, who passed away on August 17, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her former spouse Billie Mills Miranda of October; her husband William Cole Bulkley; her siblings, Linda Amende, Delbert Hodges and Jessie Hodges; her children, Billy Miranda and Lisa Miranda; and her pet Bailey. She is also survived by spouses; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
