It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Joseph Siani of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, who passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Siani and Ada Siani; and his sister Marilyn Siani. He is survived by: his children, Nerissa Freeman (Bryan), Derek Siani (Heather) and Trevor Siani; his grandchildren, Lucas, Giada, Emily, Max, Savannah, Kaitlyn and Paige; and also Marcia Frank.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church in TJ's honor.
