With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Charles Chamberlain (Lake Havasu City, Arizona), born in Pontiac, Michigan, who passed away on February 10, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald A. Chamberlain and Barbara J. Chamberlain (Beedle). He is survived by: his wife Susan Williams; his children, Steven and Heather Stith (Mike); and his siblings, Ron (Debbie), David, Roy (Cori) and Donnell Hansen. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made in Tom's honor to Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation (MARF).
