With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresa Darlene McIntosh of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on November 7, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford Arlin and Cansadie Crowell. She is survived by: her husband Byron Elroy McIntosh; her daughter Rhonda; her sisters, Carrie, Loretta, Shirley, Becky, Marla and Melda (Bryon McIntosh); her children, Tim McIntosh and Melinda Perkins; and her son-in-law Eric Perkins. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.
