He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Stephens and Sylvia Hoopingarner Stephens of New Philadelphia; and his siblings, Tracey Michel (Larry) of Navarre, Tamara Pongratz (Steve) of Dennison, Rochelle Hagloch of Strongsville, Todd Stephens and Pam Miller. He was also cherished by three nieces, three nephews; several great nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
