It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Dennis Chambers of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, born in Glendive, Montana, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Richard and Mary Chambers. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy (Randy), Nancy (Dan), James (Kim), Patricia, Mary Ann (Keith), Sue (John) and Elizabeth; and his uncle Jack Kauth. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
