He is survived by: his close friend Eva Smith; his children, Sam Junior (Lynda), Max (Sharon) and Shawna (Paul); his siblings, Clyde Stamper, Margaret Lee (Gary) and Catherine Stamper; his granddaughter Amy Stamper-Paul; his great grandchildren, Karmin, Theia, Sarah and Toby Bartell; and also, Mackinzi, Catherine, Henry, Keith, Gabrielle Stamper, Asher and Anna. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
