He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Ochoa and Teresa Naranjo. He is survived by: his wife Isidora; his children, Rodolfo Ochoa Jr., Ireida Rizo, Aridai Chavarin, Eilene Foley and Isidora Ochoa Jr.; and his sister Amada Gozalez. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
