He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Nichols and Norma Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Melodie Nichols (Carlson); his brother Douglas Nichols (Alice); and his daughters, Deana Nichols and Kelly Boyer (Scott). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
